How does a project usually start?
Most engagements start with a short consultation request describing the organization, sector, the decision or challenge involved, and the expected timeline. The team reviews this, identifies the most relevant senior expertise, and responds with a practical next step, which may be a discovery call, a proposal outline, or a request for more detail.
What size or type of engagement do you take on?
Engagements range from focused advisory sprints and roadmap assessments to longer program leadership and implementation support. Alliance Works is typically the strongest fit when a client needs senior judgment, cross-sector expertise, and a clear plan leadership can act on.
Is my information kept confidential before a formal engagement?
Consultation requests should not include confidential, classified, or commercially sensitive material before a formal engagement is agreed.
